UCA Residents,
Please be aware that ANYONE that has not paid and registered for a UCA parking spot, parks in a unassigned parking spot, or does not have a parking permit may be towed from the UCA parking lot at the owner's expense. So please do not park in someone's assigned spot without prior consent from that resident. Please have friends or family park in your assigned spot or outside of the community parking lot along the street. Thank you for your cooperation.
