Web: http://davis.shambhala.org

If you have been interested in meditation but never quite walked through the door to find out more, this is the event for you. We will have an introduction to meditation in a relaxed and friendly environment, along with an opportunity to sit in meditation, enjoy refreshments, listen to a talk and ask questions. It is not necessary to be a Buddhist to learn to mediate. Meditation is for people who are interested in looking to their minds and exploring where joy and suffering begin.
