Come out to the pool area for some good food (vegetarian options available), music, and a chance to get to know your UCA staff and fellow residents a little better.

Lease Renewals 2010-2011
If you have not returned a lease renewal for the upcoming leasing year, your apartment will be considered open to rent out to incoming tenants. We will be contacting tenants within the next few days to schedule an appointment to sign leases for the new year. Once again if there are any questions contact the UCA management staff.
UCA Parking
DO NOT park in a parking space that is not assigned to you or your apartment. Make sure you have a UCA parking permit displayed at all times while in the UCA parking lot and make sure that your car is on file in the UCA office, otherwise your car is subject to being towed at the owners expense. We have no visitor parking available, so please make other arrangements for parking regarding guests.

UCA Vacuums
There is one vacuum that is still out in the UCA community. If you have the vacuum or know someone who does, please return it to the office. If you do borrow a vacuum from the office, please return it as soon as possible in consideration for your fellow UCA residents.
